Location
Jelenka is situated in a strategic location directly on the route from Horni Mala Upa to Snezka. It is therefore a popular place to stop for refreshments and overnight stays. Due to the small number of beds, it is necessary to book an overnight stay, especially in the summer season! Guests are rewarded with an intimate atmosphere and many opportunities for excursions into the surrounding area.
Accommodation
The chalet provides accommodation for 26 people in five rooms (3-4-4-6-8) equipped with bunk beds, hot and cold water. Toilets and showers are shared on the floor. There is a possibility of accommodation with your own sleeping bag or on beds with linen. Dinner and breakfast can be provided.
From history
In 1936, Count Czernin-Morzin had the Jelenka chalet built on his estate, which reached to the top of Snezka. Originally, Jelenka was called Emma-quelle Baude, after the Emma Spring, which springs from the hut. Even then, there was a kiosk for tourists.
