Janatuv Mill in Burany
Jablonec nad Jizerou
This timbered mill is a unique example of folk architecture and an important monument of the milling industry. Originally a two-storey mill with a mill room superstructure extending it to five storeys, it offers completely preserved technical equipment with French burrstones, perhaps the original ones dating back to 1767, and a functional bread furnace.
The mill can be visited during the Frantiskov wood carving workshop. Individual tours can be arranged upon request, call +420 603 260 319.
