Hucul Farm

The Hucul mountain farm can be found on the slopes of Janova mountain in Vitkovice, in the western parts of the Krkonose. A herd of Hucul horses, ranking among the best breeds in the Czech Republic as regards numbers and quantity of breeding mares and studs, grazes on 170 hectares of pastures up to an altitude of 1100 m a.s.l.

The farm offers various services, such as horse riding lessons, terrain rides, children’s camps and accommodation.

The farm, surrounded by herds of grazing horses, with a captivating view of the Krkonose’s ridges and the valley of the Jizerka river, attracts not only lovers of the art of horse riding with its harsh beauty and impressive atmosphere.
