Buď fit (Stay fit)
City Cross-country track "Stay fit" is located 1,8 km from the center of Špindlerův Mlýn and 800 m from the Medvědín base terminal past the Labe river towards the Labský důl (Elbe valley).
8 km (4 km to the Elbe valley and 4 km back) long regulary groomed trail is designed for classic cross-country skiing. The track is suitable for all ages to enhance fitness and recreational running.
