Scooter descent in the Krkonoše Mountains

ADRENALINE EXPERIENCES
in Krkonose

In the backdrop of the Krkonose you can experience unexpected adventures

Push your own limits, scream at the top of your lungs, and pump some healthy adrenaline into your veins. We offer experiences from easy to moderately difficult—choose the ones you dare to try. Because even a ride on the toboggan run can be quite a thrill when it's a bit icy.

We recommend

Zip Line

Across the dam on a rope

The Elbe Dam is the dominant feature of the town Spindleruv Mlyn. Want to try flying over it? That’s exactly what the adrenaline Zip Line attraction offers. You'll soar twenty-five meters above the ground on a rope, crossing the entire width of the dam, a total of one hundred and twenty meters. The Elbe below, the sky above, adrenaline pumping in your veins as you quickly glide through the air to the other side of the dam. Spread your wings and enjoy the flight!

Scooter downhill ride

Take the cable car up, scooter down

From spring to autumn, five cable cars in the Krkonose Mountains will take you up to the start of a long downhill ride. Head up to Cerna hora, Medvedin, Plan, Portasky or Horní domky in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. In addition to the mentioned cable cars, you can also take a bus to Spindlerova bouda and enjoy a several-kilometre downhill ride back to Spindleruv Mlyn. Scooters are available for rent at all these places. Enjoy the speed, but be careful. The slopes of the Krkonoše are steep and there are also pedestrians on them.

I'll try the downhill

Toboggan Run Špindlerův Mlýn

Three-kilometer Toboggan Ride

Up by bus, down on rented sleds... and then as many times as you like. That’s the idea behind the sledding track leading from Spindlerova Bouda to Spindleruv Mlyn.

You’ll cover a total distance of about 3 kilometers. Sometimes you’ll race down fast, at other times it’s a bit slower in fresh powder. But the ride is always perfect and effortless. And the bonus? You can also go in the evening under artificial lighting. So why not after a day of skiing or a trip out.
