The Herlikovice-Bubakov ski area is a perfect choice for families and recreational skiers – just a few kilometers from Vrchlabi, with free parking right next to the area. It offers about 10.1 km of slopes of varying difficulty: gentle runs for children and beginners, as well as more challenging red slopes for those looking to test their skills. The area operates two four-seater chairlifts, one cable car, and several ski tows, and most routes are equipped with technical snowmaking, so snow conditions are reliably good.
When skiing is over, Bubakov and Herlikovice have even more to offer – a children’s park with a magic carpet, ski schools for the little ones, a rental service and quality maintenance right on site. Evenings come alive here with night skiing under the lights, a restaurant at the bottom station, and a pleasant mountain atmosphere that perfectly finishes off your winter day.

Right next to the main road, you’ll find a large parking lot. From there, a gondola lift crosses the river and will take you (with your skis) to the bottom station of the cable car. Additional parking is available across the river a little further in the direction of Spindlerův Mlyn.
