Descent from Plan Hill to Strazne
You can take a cable car from Svaty Petr, a part of Spindleruv Mlyn, to Plan hill. At the upper station, take the K17A cycle track and then turn left for the K17 track. If you turn left again in a while, you can take the K17A cycle track to Bouda na Plani chalet for refreshments. Otherwise you can continue to the U Krasne Plane junction, towards Strazne. At the junction take the K1A cycle track via Sestidomi and descend to Strazne.
From Strazne you can continue to descend to Vrchlabi or Dolni Dvur.
There are two options for this route. You can also turn right at the upper cable car station for the K17 cycle track to get to the U Krasne Plane junction and go down to Strazne. This route is 1 km longer, making it 6.5 km in total.
